IT Major Infosys Bags Digital Technology Contract From US-Based Archrock

Infosys will collaborate with the US-based Archrock Inc to integrate digital technologies and mobile tools for its field service technicians. “Infosys, the global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, today announced a collaboration with Archrock, Inc, the leading provider of natural gas compression services in the U.S., to integrate digital technologies and mobile tools for its field service technicians,” Infosys said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.

Infosys will leverage its pre-configured accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Application to streamline and enhance Archrock’s field services and operations.

Ashiss Kumar Dash, SVP and Segment Head – Services, Utilities, Resources, Energy, Infosys, said, “We are delighted to collaborate with Archrock in their field service transformation journey. With deep knowledge of the energy industry, technical expertise, and a strong relationship with Microsoft, we are confident of creating significant business value together in this journey with Archrock.”

At 11:25, Infosys shares were trading at Rs 1,415, higher by 1.83 per cent, on the BSE. The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty were trading flat, with a negative bias, at the time.
