And, today we are once again reminded of the 1990 film, thanks to Shilpa Shinde. The actress posted a set of pictures on Instagram featuring herself, Rahul Roy and friends. Shilpa Shinde made this upload special by picking lines from the song Ek Sanam Chahiye Aashiqui Ke Liye for the caption space. “Saanson ki zaroorat hai jaise, Zindagi ke liye. Bas ek sanam chahiye…Aashiqui ke liye,” it read. Fans of the stars couldn’t keep calm and flooded the reply section with fire and red hearts emojis. A person wrote, “How can we forget this super entertaining actor.”
Another guessed that it is an announcement post for a project. “OMG. My queen’s picture with Rahul sir. Such a lovely picture. Aaj ka din baan gaya[It made my day], I guess a new show or web series or movie is on the way. Love you dheer saara, Queen [Love you alot],” the comment read. This person followed suit. “Something very interesting and iconic brewing up. Excited already, all the best guys.”
