Rhea Chakraborty is all smiles in her latest Instagram post and for this, she has her friends, food and nature to thank. Sharing a set of images of herself clicked over the weekend, Rhea Chakraborty wrote, “Happy days are here again,” along with the hashtag “rhenew”. And the reason for the happiness? The actress shared that too in the caption. “Sunshine, wada pav, and my girl gang,” Rhea Chakraborty wrote as she went on to thank TV host-model Anusha Dandekar for the happy memories. “Thank you, Anusha for the best weekend,” referring to Anusha’s birthday celebration. In the pictures, she is seen with the Dandekar sisters.
In addition to posing with Shibani Dandekar, Anusha Dandekar and Apeksha Dandekar, Rhea Chakraborty can be seen munching on a wada pav while sitting on the grass. In a third picture, she is seen posing for a mirror selfie.
Reacting to the post, actress Shibani Dandekar said, “Love you.” Anusha Dandekar too replied saying, “Love you Rabbit.” Also seen in the comments section was Gabriella Demetriades, actor Arjun Rampal’s partner, who said, “Looking gorge,” with a heart-eye emoji.
On the occasion of Anusha Dandekar’s birthday, Rhea Chakraborty shared a candid picture of herself laughing with Anusha as they sat in a garden. In the caption, Rhea wrote, “Happy birthday to my “brown skin beauty” Anusha Dandekar. You are my sunshine tinker. This is going to be your best year yet, I know it! Love you – Rabbit.” For the unversed, Brown Skin Beauty is the name of Anusha Dandekar’s skincare and beauty line.

On the occasion of New Year, Rhea Chakraborty shared a video of her writing a note to herself – commending herself for her strength and resilience. The video features Rhea’s voice-over that says, “Dear me, thank you for being with me. Thank you for being kind, strong, patient and resilient. I am so proud of the woman you have become and I am here with you always. So, chin up baby girl – you got this. Happy New Year. Yours truly, Your Inner Self.”
In the caption, she added, “You are your own best support, once you find yourself, you are winning.”
Rhea Chakraborty went through a turbulent time in 2020 after the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who she was dating. Following the actor’s death at his Mumbai residence, Rhea and her family members as well as Sushant’s staff were questioned. During the ongoing investigation, Rhea and her brother Showik were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in a separate drugs probe. Both siblings are currently out on bail.
