“Personally Identifiable Information”
Refers to any information, such as, the name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security number and credit card information, that identifies or may be used to contact, identify, , or locate the individual to whom such information relates. Personally, identifiable information should not contain information obtained secretly (that is, without the actual user’s identification) or demographic information that is not associated with the person identified.
What information is gathered that is personally identifiable?
From all our visitors, we can collect simple user profile information. We receive from our Approved Customers the following additional information: the names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses of Authorized Customers, the type and size of the company and the nature and size of the inventory of ads that the Authorized Customer plans to buy or sell.
What organizations are gathering the info?
Besides our information collection, this information will be obtained from our guests and registered clients from third-party service providers (such as credit card firms, clearinghouses, and banks) who may offer such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services. We may not monitor how these third parties use such information. Still, we ask them to reveal how they are using personal information supplied to them by visitors and authorized customers. Any of these third parties may be intermediaries operating purely as links in the delivery chain and not retaining, preserving, or utilizing the information they collect.
How is Publicly Identifying Information used by the Site?

The Personally Identifying Information obtained by Scoop Sky is kept safely and is not available to Scoop Sky’s third parties or workers, except for use as mentioned above.

Visitors and Approved Customers can opt-out to receive or be contacted by our suppliers and us and associated agencies with unsolicited information by responding to emails as directed or contacting us.

We provide a mechanism for users and registered customers to delete/deactivate personally identifiable information from the servers of the Website by contacting them. However, it could be difficult to erase a visitor’s entry without maintaining any remaining details due to backups and reports of deletions. This information will be functionally removed by an individual who asks to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated. We will not sell, pass, or use Personally Identifiable Information related to that individual in any manner that goes forward.
