Here’s How To Make your Meditation Stick

[ad_1]

So, you have a meditation cushion gathering dust in the corner, and it provokes a slight feeling of guilt each time you glance at it. What about the new years resolution to commit to sit, daily? Sigh. Life gets in the way.

Oftentimes, what we need to make habits stick are a regular routine, and a community to support us.

So we’ve created just that. We are proud to celebrate World Meditation Day (May 21, 2021) by kicking off a brand new 10-day Meditation Challenge: A Path to Self Love with Maude Hirst. You can register any time before the completion of the 10-day program (and hint: it may take you waaaaaay beyond the cushion, keep reading).

Why meditate? Meditation is a transformational tool allowing you to become a skilled detective in your individual story. Often unconsciously, we hold onto limiting beliefs about ourselves—ideas that stop us from truly loving, or even liking, ourselves. Tapping into the source of our internal dialogue fosters healing and allows you to draw strength from your inner voice, empowering you to create the life of your choosing.

Led by mindfulness teacher Maude Hirst, the 10-Day Meditation Challenge is a powerful program designed to assist you in actualizing your own definition of self-love. Maude will guide you toward recognizing, accepting, and loving even the darkest parts of yourself. The goal is to live a happier, more joyful life, with a deeper connection to yourself and to those around you.

The music for this challenge has been created by DJ Taz Rashid and uses special binaural frequencies which can help you, the meditator, tap deeper into your meditative states—specifically alpha and theta brain waves. In order to fully experience the effect of binaural beats, stereo headphones are recommended for your practice during this 10-Day journey.

This challenge was made possible with support from Nirvana Water Sciences Corp. Nirvana’s pH-balanced, natural spring waters are sustainably sourced from two ice age aquifers in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. Their newest product, Nirvana HMB, is clinically proven to promote muscle wellness. Nirvana’s efficient bottle is manufactured on-site from 100% recycled rPET, and is just part of its larger practice of sustainability.
