Christmas is here and that means it is time to indulge in good music, delicious food and laughter with family and loved ones. And that is exactly what producer Rhea Kapoor is up to. The newlywed celebrated Christmas with great enthusiasm and love, with her husband Karan Boolani by her side. She recently posted a slew of pictures and gave us a glimpse of her celebration. The first picture that caught our attention shows Rhea sitting and posing with her husband, director Karan Boolani. While Rhea is hugging one of their pet dogs, Karan is seen holding their second pet making for the perfect family photo.
For the special occasion, Rhea Kapoor opted for a beautiful red dress. Rhea also had a chance to experience some soothing live music, thanks to her friend, singer Lisa Mishra. In her caption, she said, “This Christmas was the first time I saw Lisa Mishra perform Tareefan live after we first made it. For that and my other Christmas Miracles, I am grateful. And for Samyukta Nair throwing us a safe, every-one-tested-and-well-fed Xmas dinner. Happy holidays.” For the unversed, Lisa Mishra rose to fame with her cover rendition of the song Tareefan from Rhea Kapoor’s film Veere Di Wedding, starring her sister Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania.
Celebrity chef Pooja Dhingra commented on the post with heart emojis. Celebrity makeup artist Vimi Joshi, interior designer Ravi Vazirani, Boney Kapoor’s daughter and Rhea’s cousin, Anshula Kapoor also dropped hearts in the comment section.

Some days ago, Rhea and Karan Boolani threw a Christmas party for close friends. Rhea posted about it giving us a sneak peek into the party and mentioned that all those who were a part of the party had been tested negative for COVID-19. Her caption said, “Happy holidays. December – I can’t keep up. We all fell asleep 20 mins after these pics were taken, full, happy, and safe coz we all tested for.”
Family comes first for Rhea Kapoor and we love how vocal she is about her affection for her loved ones. Recently, on her father Anil Kapoor’s birthday, Rhea posted a special throwback picture with the star and wrote, “Happy birthday to my Soul Twin. Anil Kapoor, I love you more than I can ever tell you. Best friends forever.”
Looks like the picture is from Rhea’s wedding where Anil Kapoor is seen to be all teary-eyed at his daughter’s bidaai ceremony. The father-daughter duo is hugging each other sharing a special moment.
On another occasion, Rhea Kapoor got nostalgic and shared a cute throwback picture with her sister Sonam Kapoor. Rhea captioned the image stating, “The OGs forever,” along with a hashtag “fashion killas”.
On the work front, Rhea Kapoor has produced three films, Aisha, Khoobsurat and Veere Di Wedding, all starring her sister Sonam Kapoor.
