It’s time for celebration at the Dutta-Bhupathi household. Saira, daughter of actress Lara Dutta and tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi is celebrating her 10th birthday today [January 20] and wishes are pouring in from all quarters. However, the sweetest birthday wish came from her mother, Lara Dutta who had a special message for Saira on the occasion. Sharing two pictures – a throwback photo and a more recent image – Lara Dutta wrote, “And just like that….my beautiful, funny, a kind hearted little girl turns 10. My life’s greatest blessing.” She also added a heart emoji in the caption as fans wished the little one in the comments section.
Replying to the post, Kritika Kamra, who featured with the former Miss Universe in Kaun Banegi Shikharwati, wrote, “Happy birthday Saira,” with a heart emoji.
Actress Huma Qureshi wrote, “Omg. Happy happy birthday, baby Saira.” Actress Gul Panag and singer-actor Meiyang Chang also wished the birthday girl in the comments section. Tisca Chopra said, “Happy birthday, Saira. Now, you can legit wear mama’s clothes.”
Lara Dutta often shares pictures and videos of her family on Instagram. A few weeks ago, the actress shared a photo of her daughter chilling with dad Mahesh Bhupathi. Sharing the photo, the actress revealed that the father-daughter duo loves watching shows and movies together. In the caption, she wrote, “Two peas in a duvet pod. The ultimate ‘Netflix and chill’ duo!”
Reacting to the post, Meiyang Chang said, “What a lovely picture, Lara.”
Here’s another picture of Lara Dutta and Saira enjoying some time out in the sun. Sharing the photo on Daughters’ Day, the doting mother said, “Obviously, her future is bright.”
In another photo, Lara Dutta and Saira were joined by Mahesh Bhupathi. Along with the happy picture, Lara Dutta wrote, “You can take the girl out of the country, but you can’t take the ‘country’ outta the girl. Bliss.”
Lara Dutta was last seen in the series Kaun Banegi Shikharwati. In 2021, she was seen in Hiccups and Hookups, Call My Agent: Bollywood as well as the film Bell Bottom.
