The last week of any year is a good time to take a look at how far one has come in the last 12 months. Actress Namrata Shirodkar took the opportunity to revisit not just the last year, but her journey so far. The star, who is married to actor Mahesh Babu, has shared a special montage video that features priceless moments from her childhood to the present day. The clip is a collection of important milestones in her professional and personal life and is sure to bring a smile to the face of the viewer. In the caption, Namrata Shirodkar wrote, “A look back at my journey so far! Incredibly happy… blessed and proud of how it all turned out. Still in the process of growing and excited to see what the future holds.”
The video features pictures of Namrata Shirodkar as a toddler and goes on to show her as a participant and winner at the Miss India pageant in 1993. In the clip, she can be heard answering a question during the competition. She says, “I am a modern woman because I believe in my instincts.” This is followed by clips of her work in Bride And Prejudice with Aishwarya Rai and Vamsi, the film in which she met and fell in love with her now-husband Mahesh Babu.
The video also features her wedding to Mahesh Babu and the arrival of their two kids, Gautam and daughter Sitara. The clip also features Namrata Shirodkar working with her team on her philanthropic endeavours. Unstoppable by Sia works as the perfect background score for the video.
Recently, Namrata Shirodkar was also seen catching up with her sister Shilpa Shirodkar, entrepreneur Upasana Kamineni and designer Manish Malhotra at a lunch in Dubai. Sharing pictures, Namrata wrote, “Colourful lunches with the best. Enjoyed a lovely afternoon with Dubai’s favourite people,” tagging her sister Shilpa. She further tagged Upasana and said, “And needless to say Upasana no one can host a brunch better than you. Thank you so much for making it happen!
Replying to the post, Upasana Kamineni, who is married to actor Ram Charan Tej said, “So much fun. We need to do this in Hyderabad.”
Namrata often shares pictures and videos with her family on Instagram. She recently shared a picture from Switzerland with her daughter Sitara and said, “Waiting in the wings with garlands of little hands. Trying to see the drama of two ducks doing a headstand in shallow waters…what a sight it was. Until it was time.. for our yacht arrived and whisked us back into a disappearing mountain called Burgenstock. And there it all started .. our little Swiss holiday.”
