Pokemon Diamond and Pearl are getting remakes, the Pokemon company revealed in a livestream Friday. Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will hit Nintendo Switch in late 2021.

The remakes are being developed by ILCA, the company behind the Pokemon Home storage system, and look extremely faithful to the 2007 Nintendo DS originals. You’ll choose between  Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup at the start of your adventure, which takes place in the Sinnoh region.

“The sense of scale of the towns and routes has been carefully preserved, and fans who played the original games will recognize many familiar places,” the company said in a release.

Along with the announcement came the reveal of Pokemon Legends: Arceus, which represents a “a new approach” for the series. It’s also set in the Sinnoh region, but long before any of the other games. We also got a fresh trailer for New Pokemon Snap.

The livestream came a day before the 25th anniversary of Pokemon Red and Green‘s original release in Japan, which is being marked with a virtual Post Malone concert. The original versions came out on Nintendo DS in 2007.
