Model-TV host Anusha Dandekar celebrated her birthday on Sunday and wishes are continuing to flow in from all quarters. But the prize for the best birthday post has to go to Anusha’s sister, Shibani Dandekar. The actress has shared a fun Reels in which she is seen dancing with the birthday girl. Also seen in the video is their third sibling, Apeksha Dandekar. In the clip, the three sisters are dancing to the song Twinnem by Coi Leray. Along with the video, Shibani has penned a sweet note for her sister. “Name a more iconic trio… I’ll wait. Kidding! Don’t come at me!” she wrote in the caption.
Wishing her sister, Shibani Dandekar continued, “Happy 40th birthday, Anusha. Love you more than you will ever know. Make it the best year of your life.”
A few days ago, Shibani Dandekar uploaded a video of Anusha Dandekar and her taking the “This or That” challenge on Instagram. In the video, the sisters shared that while Shibani Dandekar is her “Dad’s favourite”, Anusha Dandekar is her “Mom’s favourite”. Both of them also confessed to being “sloppy drunks” in the video.
The sisters also joked that while Anusha Dandekar prefers TV stars, Shibani Dandekar prefers movie stars. Interestingly, Anusha Dandekar was in a relationship with TV actor Karan Kundrra for many years until their breakup in 2020. Meanwhile, Shibani Dandekar is in a relationship with director-actor Farah Akhtar.
To mark her 40th birthday, Anusha Dandekar shared a set of photos of herself along with a long note. In it, she wrote, “I want to thank the universe for allowing me to grow into the woman I want to be always… The most important thing is that I understand my worth like never before and that the people surrounding me are there because they bring pure joy to my life and vice versa.”
Anusha Dandekar continued, “It took me 40 years… But hey now I see ME and I’m so proud to be filter free in all ways, I have raised my standards, so I’ll stay up here on the mountain top and if you have good, positive, loving energy, I will always make space for you… peace, love you, love me.”
Actress Rhea Chakraborty replied to the post and said, “My beauty. Love you.”
