How Much Do You Love Getting Dressed in the Fall?
[ad_1]
How are you feeling about getting dressed these days? After a year of wearing sweats on repeat, I’ve noticed myself experiencing a new emotion around getting dressed: excitement. Slipping into a silky shirt or pulling on soft jeans just feels so good. You get the confidence, the comfort, the little buzz of putting together an outfit that feels like you.
What do you wear when the days get cooler? For me, autumn means trench coats and relaxed sweaters. I wear them with jeans or over dresses, on coffee runs or evening walks. They’re the pieces I turn to a million times.
I’ve also been spotting so many ’90s-style straight-leg jeans around the city. How cute are these fits? (Also, those mules.)
Dresses + boots = always an elegant combo. Bonus points for a dog!
I like the idea of pairing a dress (this one has a Normal People vibe) with a button-down shirt, tied at the waist. Or if you want to stay extra cozy, there’s always sweater pants.
Thoughts? What are you wearing these days? How are you styling yourself, even if it’s just for you? Here’s J.Crew’s fall lookbook, if you’d like some inspiration. (This polka-dot number is so cute!)
