New Delhi:
Ali Fazal has got us swooning once again. What has the actor done this time? Well, we are at the edge of our seats because of his look from the upcoming Hollywood film Death On The Nile. Ali Fazal looks quite unusual in the photo. Why shouldn’t he? After all, for the first time, Ali Fazal used different teeth for his look. The actor, who is playing the role of “the cousin” Andrew Katchadourian in the film, recently wrote about it on Instagram. He reshared a post from the production house 20th Century Studios. The post dealt with the looks of each character in the movie. There, Ali Fazal is seen in a white three-piece suit and a black bowtie. He looks into the camera with his razor-sharp gaze. The slicked-back hair makes him look vintage as well as interesting.
Posting the photos on his Instagram page, Ali Fazal wrote, “First time, I tried different teeth for a character. I can see how it changes the way I look. And talk. But all on point.” Then, he gave a shout out to the team, which includes Gal Gadot, Kenneth Branagh, Dawn French and others. Ali Fazal added, “We look dapper. We all do.”
Ali Fazal’s post elicited reactions from many people in the film industry. Actress Shriya Pilgaonkar commented, “I am so so excited.” Writer and actor Sukhmani Sadana wrote to Ali Fazal, “Omg, you’re a true star.”
Ali Fazal’s look from the film was revealed to us in a promo. The video showed him nailing the character in the best way possible. The various clippings taken from the film reveal Ali Fazal’s on-screen bond with Gal Gadot and a voiceover describes his character as a “slippery fish.” Ali Fazal, for the caption, wrote, “Keep your friends close. See me as The Cousin in Death On The Nile exclusively in theatres February 11.”
Ali Fazal just can’t wait for the film’s release. He has already started his countdown. And, we have proof. Look at this post shared by the actor. He wrote, “2 weeks to go. Death On The Nile. We’re almost there… say hello to The Cousin. Batta boom battta bam.”
Death On The Nile is a Kenneth Branagh directorial that features Ali Fazal, Gal Gadot, Kenneth Branagh, Dawn French, Armie Hammer, Emma Mackey, Letitia Wright and Russell Brand among others.
