Actress Mouni Roy and her husband Suraj Nambiar, who recently got married in a grand ceremony in Goa, are still basking in all the love coming their way. The happy couple kept fans and followers updated on all the fun developments around their wedding with regular posts on social media. Now that the wedding celebrations have come to an end, the couple has chosen to spend their honeymoon in the picturesque location of Kashmir. And even as they spend quality time with each other, Mouni Roy has been sharing sneak peeks of their lovely romantic getaway, on Instagram.
On Monday, Mouni Roy shared a set of six pictures in which the Naagin star is seen standing on a balcony with a book in hand. The scenery around the actress is breathtaking, to say the least, with snow-capped mountains and a carpet of snow all around her. Also seen in the pictures are glimpses of the pages she is poring over. Sharing the pictures, Mouni Roy said, “What I see… What am reading!” along with the hashtag “SunMoon-ing” to describe their honeymoon.
Before that Mouni Roy shared another set of pictures from their honeymoon. This time, the actress shared among other pictures, a selfie with her husband – both dressed in sweaters and smiling for the camera. Another image features Mouni smiling as she takes in the snowfall. In the caption, she wrote, “Presently SunMoon-ing!”
Replying to the lovely images of the couple and Kashmir, actor Omkar Kapoor said, “Haminastu Haminastu.” Actress-entrepreneur Aashka Goradia replied with an array of heart and heart-eye emojis.
A few days ago, the couple was also treated to a special meal by Mouni Roy’s friend, actress-TV host Mandira Bedi. Sharing images from the intimate get-together, Mouni wrote, “My friends are one of my life’s greatest treasures. Friends, that are loyal are always there to make you laugh when you are down, they are not afraid to help you avoid mistakes and they look out for your best interest. I love my friends.”
Addressing Mandira Bedi, Mouni Roy added, “This one was hard to find, but it’ll last a lifetime…my dearest M thank you so so much for inviting us all to your home, make us laugh, cry, eat, make merry and dance the night away… you go beyond to make everything perfect…loved every sec of every minute. Wuvv you silly.”
Replying to the post, Mandira Bedi wrote, “Oh Mon…. All I can say is Oh Mon.. love you so so much!”
Mouni Roy married Suraj Nambiar on January 27 in Goa. Following several fun ceremonies like haldi and sangeet, the couple had a traditional Malayali wedding as well as a Bengali wedding. This was followed by a post-wedding pool party.
