IndiGo reported a widening in net loss to Rs 1,147.2 crore in the quarter ended March 2021

The domestic stock markets are likely to open in the green in line with positive global cues. Trends on SGX Nifty indicate a positive opening for the index in India, with a 27 points gain. At 7:30 am, the Nifty futures were trading at 15,736, higher by 27 points or 0.17 per cent on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

On Friday, the BSE Sensex declined 132.38 points and Nifty fell 20.10 points post the announcement of RBI Policy.

Maruti Suzuki’s total production in May 2021 jumped to 40,924 vehicles from 3,714 vehicles manufactured in May 2020.

InterGlobe Aviation

IndiGo reported a widening in net loss to Rs 1,147.2 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 from 870.8 crore in the same quarter ended last year.

Power Grid Corp

Power Grid Corp has acquired Fatehgarh Bhadla Transco (FBTL) and Sikar New Transmission Limited (SNTL), the project SPVs to establish transmission system strengthening for evacuation of power from solar energy zones in Rajasthan (8.1 GW) on build, own, operate and maintain basis from REC Power Distribution.

Punjab National Bank

Punjab National Bank’s standalone profit rose 15.9 per cent to Rs 586.33 crore in the March quarter from Rs 506.03 crore in the correspobncing quarter last year, while net interest income fell 16.5 percent to Rs 6,937.55 crore during the same period.

DHFL

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 96.75 crore for the quarter ended March as against a net loss of Rs 7,507.01 crore in the year-ago period.
