Are Banks Open on Veterans Day 2022? Find Out Here
[ad_1]
Each year, as November 11 rolls around, we as a country take the time to honor all the courageous sacrifices that our military has made for our freedoms. This year’s Veterans Day will be no different. The holiday (which is different from Memorial Day) was created to show reverence for everyone who has served in the military, in a time of war or peace, according to the U.S. Department of Defense. It also is a day when we can take the time to thank living members of the armed forces.
And as you set out to do just that on Veterans Day, you may find yourself needing to make a trip to the bank as part of showing how much you care. Whether you decide that you would like to make a donation to one of the many organizations that seek to help house veterans, give a meaningful gift by making a purchase at a veteran-owned business or treat a veteran to a free meal, you may be left with one lingering question…
Will banks be open on Veterans Day?
